X TRAINING – These classes are a mix of cardio and weight exercises. They are designed to get you to burn fat, make you fitter, stronger and leaner than ever before.

BOXFIT - A partner style cardio workout, which lets you burn off steam and is a whole lot of fun!!

YOGA - Stretch, Strengthen & Tone those muscles, while quietening the mind and Relaxing the body!

ACTIVE TEENS WELCOME!
All our Sessions can be accessed by Active Teens 13+
A supervisor of 18+ is required in attendance with the Teen Team Member below 16yrs.
Some exercises and weights will be modified to fit within the Fitness Australia Guidelines.
