CLASS STYLES.....



X TRAINING – These classes are a mix of cardio and weight exercises. They are designed to get you to burn fat, make you fitter, stronger and leaner than ever before.
STRENGTH - Alternating each week, between a choreographed barbell Workout and a X Training style weights session. This class is designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your Muscles!
HIIT & STRETCH - A fast paced workout which will raise your heartrate and get you sweaty....... Followed up with a 20min stretch to help your muscles repair and recover!
HEALTHY HEARTS CLUB - Perfect for beginners of any age, Active seniors or those with health/physical limitations. This class is low impact and we stay upright, no floor work!
FAMILY FRIENDLY - All 9.30am classes are Child Friendly - Children are under your guidance and should be kept as happy n quiet as possible.
ACTIVE TEENS WELCOME!
All our Sessions can be accessed by Active Teens 13+
A supervisor of 18+ is required in attendance with the Teen Team Member below 16yrs.
Some exercises and weights will be modified to fit within the Fitness Australia Guidelines.
