Walking into a big Gym environment can sometimes be an overwhelming experience, DBA has now moved into a Small Studio Environment! We have the freedom, variety and client/trainer relationships that only a small group fitness facility can offer!
I pride myself and our members on being inclusive, supportive and welcoming to our new guests as we too were once in the same position..... making you feel at ease and able to concentrate on becoming a better you and trust me, it won't be long before you won't be the new person anymore and you'll have a chance to pass on a friendly smile and an encouraging word too!
Hi I'm Aileen Coulter, I am the owner and head Fitness Instructor for most classes held at DBA! I have a number of qualifications to make sure I provide you with not only a high quality workout but also an education backed program..... Certificate 3 Nutrition and Dietetics, Certificate 3 & 4 Fitness, Instruct Exercise to Young People 13 – 17yrs, Boxing for Fitness - Level 1 & 2, Special Populations training for the elderly and Senior First Aid.
I use my own battles of body weight issues, years of gym memberships and personal experience to give the best Fitness Membership I can think of, I try to offer all my clients personal attention in a group environment, technique correction and to be their head cheer leader all while making it as fun and motivating as possible!

Although I have predominantly always ran classes at DBA by myself sometimes the need arises to get some extra help in..... I specifically hand pick these trainers to give you the best experience possible while your training at DBA! They are highly qualified, have had years of experience and have that special something that it takes to look after DBA for me while I'm away!
